John Scott 1946 – 2011.

It is with much sadness and regret that we have to announce the passing of John on 26th December 2011 at St.Margaret’s Hospice Yeovil, after a long illness, ironically whilst we were running the Boxing Day Trial. We will all miss his loyal and extensive contribution to our club and club life over many years and extend our sympathy to Jeannie and his family. John’s Funeral Service and Service of Thanksgiving will be held at Yeovil Crematorium on Tuesday 10th January 2012 at 10.40am.

Friday 27th January 2012 – 66th Annual Dinner & Presentation of Awards

The Tithe Barn, Hazelbury Mill commencing at 7.30pm.

Your committee has vowed NOT to increase the price, which includes the draw, beyond the £15 which we have held for the last three years despite increases in costs and will subsidize the difference from club funds once again. We hope to see you there, tickets are now available from me at 01935 479861 so book your night out and also applaud the Award Winners for 2011, we trust that you will support us once again

Congratulations to Ricky for wining the Expert A British Championship.

Ricky finished third in the last round at Rochdale which was enough to win the title and Runner up in the S3 Championship which finished in Newcastle
Well done Ricky and his hard working team.
